Topic: Can my computer work with Adobe?

hello i'm wondering will my computer be able to run adobe premiere elements; it is 2ghz but on the website it says  3GHz processor required for HDV or Blu-ray; dual-core processor required for AVCHD does this mean my videos cant be HD or can i use smeagols tutorial to get it HD please help mini/bigsmile
Also This is my laptop.

Thanks donsalvator I was also wondering will it work with Adobe Premiere Pro; it's my b'day in a month and welly yeah i'll ask for pro if it works!
