How can a make Mr. Freezes freezer ray in my movie shoot?
Assuming you don't have $1000 software, you can add some effects frame-by-frame in MS paint.
PM T.G.-Tom and ask him to do it for you. He has After Effects and is usually more than willing to help out with simple stuff like this. If you want to do it yourself, you can do it frame-by-frame in GIMP.
There is an effect you can use in effectslab for a ghostbusters ray. just change it to appear like a ray of Ice. ![]()

Ok kids lets settle down and stop having a tittty fit. Both of you suggest on and on Effects Lab Pro and AE anyways so your not much different. ONTOPIC: Tell us what you have? Maybe editing software wise? If you have Sony Vegas i might be of help. I am not sure if you are using WMM or Paint.
