I got a cool idea for JK and I, we have about 10% animated, the script is done, and we have all the audio recorded! we're meeting tomorrow so we can finish it and do our class for brickfilming.

Yeah, I don't think that will be a problem.
On the topic of "Family-Friendliness", the film I'm making isn't gory, no swearing etc, but it will have kind of a dark/scary atmosphere, similar to what I did with my last film, Gunship Down. Would that be considered inappropriate?

That should be fine. (FYI, the "Family-Friendly" rule was something that was stipulated by the contest sponsor.)

Not quite sure what "a guy shutt another" means but violence is OK as long as you don't go wild with blood and gore.
Does having a good set count, for I don't think that I will be able to build a good set.
I think he means shoot, but that's just a guess
