Second clue: This is from the first few minutes of the film. The 'blonde' gets saved, but the car gets totaled 
Wow 24 hrs with no other guesses. Ok.....The blonde isn't real she is a dummy (as in shop display not dumb blonde )
Another 24 hours and still no guesses !!!!
I am surprised, lets recap, its from the first scene of the film, there is a guy in yellow firemans overalls, he has a blonde wigged shop dummy and I told you that the shop dummy gets saved, but the car gets totally.
Now I am amazed that no one has guessed this film yet, released in 2001.
