No but a way to do this is to film at 30 fps to begin with, then lets say you wanted to film at 15fps for one section, you would simply shoot in 2's, which means taking 2 frames at once, this will therefore make the 30fps look like 15fps.
Oh no, its ok now. I just saved them as different AVI files then joined them together in WMM. Thanks anyways.:D
