Topic: Starting Lego City Collection

Hey guys.
I am going to start a Lego City collection to use in my films.
When I get enough sets, I hope to make it like MooCJ's city collection (http://www.youtube.com/user/MooCJStudios).
The only Lego City set I have so far is the Minifigure Collection.
So I was wondering, what lego set's should I get next?
Are there any that I NEED?
I was also looking at the Lego Creator House set, does anybody know if that is good for brickfilms?

I'm assuming Moo-C-J does this; he demolishes his set once he is done with it, and reuses the parts for other sets.

The way I build up collections is, every time I make an S@H order I add a cheap set with it to build up my collection. So for City you could buy a Police officer or a fireman when you order.
