In my latest brickfilm I tried to overlay my photos, quickly fading in a out of each photo at 15 fps. I think it worked really well for the most part, but when I tried to make the minifigure walk, it went FAR too fast. I did the 4 step walking cycle, but it went a lot faster than usual. What should I do to make the walk go slower?
And does overlaying photos work for you?
Use MonkeyJam and make the frame hold 2. For the mini-figure
If you don't feel like doing what TheColourOfBlood said simply make each frame a little longer like 10-14 fps. this way the pictures will still go at 15 fps since time is taken during the fading.

Actually, what you want to do is put more steps into the walk. So instead of 4 frames, use 6 frames.
