Topic: Frozen in Time-a STAR contest film

Hello All Who Enjoy Stop-Motion Animation And Lego!
For the STAR contest I've decided to make a film for it instead of my origional plan.
Because I'm pretty new to this whole Brickfilming thing, this will actually be my first film.
My script is almost done and so far I think I've done a good job. mini/sunnies
But there is only one thing that I need help with: THE STORY
So far the main character(Jim)has seen every body turn completely still, and is about to investigate the broken clock.
Here's the script:

Location: train station
People are wandering around going about their daily business.
Show about ten seconds of footage with that focus on multiple people.
Finally we see the main character of the film, hurrying around.
The large clock dongs a couple of times the makes an odd noise.
The main character (let’s call him Jim) looks up to see what made the noise.
He looks up at the clock and then looks down, now realizing everybody is frozen solid. We show a couple of shots of people frozen solid.
He looks around and the screen fades to black.
The title reads: Frozen In Time
Jim has begun to move on from his position and is now walking through the people.
He looks around him self constantly worried about the people.
Jim turns his head to the clock once more only to find the hands haven’t moved an inch. He turns his head back and begins to walk again, but more slowly this time.
Jim stops eventually and looks at one of the people.
He very carefully pokes him, and then quickly steps back.
The person slowly falls to the ground and hits it with a thud.
Nothing happens for a while and the echo of the fall is heard through out the station.
Jim gulps, and begins to walk again.
He starts waking around to more people and then bumps into a girl (not moving).
The girl was holding a baby and dropped him when Jim bumped into her.
Jim quickly picks up the baby before it’s about to fall and gives it back to the parent.
He turns his whole body toward the clock this time and then begins to walk toward it. The camera focuses on a ladder going up to the clock, and Jim begins to climb it.
The clock has two big stands on either side of the large popping-out wall holding up the clock. Jim is standing on the right side of the clock.
Jim turns toward the clock and examines it.
We get multiple shots of the clock not moving, then Jim, clock, Jim, clock, Jim…
Jim looks around and then we see an image of a construction worker behind two others, holding a wrench. We hold that for a while until Jim comes walking on and takes the wrench away.
He walks back to the clock and looks at it, then scratches his head.
He then looks at the construction workers and looks around confused.
Finally there is speech,
    Jim
Why would there be construction workers here?
Then he looks at the clock.
He then realizes the clock broke.
So then Jim lifts up the wrench and gets to work fixing up the clock.

It's not done yet so I need ideas.
And I know it's a little chunky, but that's how I write.
Anyway I need help on what he's gonna do next, Please Help! mini/yes
