Hi! How many frames would it normally take to move a arm up and down in 15fps? Just wonder:)ing.

Hi! How many frames would it normally take to move a arm up and down in 15fps? Just wonder:)ing.
It depends how fast you want the arm to move.
If you want it to move slowly, make smaller movements each frame.
If you want it to move fast, make bigger movements each frame.
And start slowly and make the movements a bit faster in the middle. That's how people move in real too
