LAD - Life and Death: Brickfilmer portrays Life and Death
TATA - Time And Time Again: Brickfilmer shows different aspects of time (Could be a flashback, time machine, etc)
HAM - Hits And Misses: Brickfilmer must show someone "hitting" (succeeding) or "missing" (failing)
RED - Rampage And Destruction: Brickfilmer shows Rampage And Destruction.

I don't want to sound like a !@#$%^, but that will just get loads of crazy destructive movies.

Oh and BTW, if it's rampage and destruction, it would be RAD, not RED.

STAR - Space, Time and Realities. Even though it looks like a theme about outer space, you could twist it and have a film about a guy who craves personal space.

However, I think we should break away from the funky acronym, and do something new. This is a new site after all. Maybe instead of having a specific theme, we could focus on a certain aspect of brickfilming. I would personally like to see more character development, but you could also do cinematography, sound design, set design, or more script oriented things.
