Take the Money and Run

I just saw this and it is one of the funniest films I've ever seen. Every joke is brilliant and nothing fails. I just wish it never ended I could have sat through more hours of it.

I love that film. Woody Allen FTW.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

I desperately need to see that.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The Bourne Ultimatum

Impressive; it left me wanting more, partially because I know that they are considering a fourth film.

The Room

Haha, terribly bad and hilarious at the same time.

Public Enemies or Take the Money?

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The latter.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

The Blues Brothers

Classic. This is hilarious.

Year One

This film is a bit of a hit and miss. While having some funny bits, it has no real plot or character development at all.

Spoiler (click to read)

Jack Black eats poo in this film, I mean seriously.

This film offers a few laughs but other than that there isn't much there.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

err...... It was o.k. I'll go as far as that.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

I just watched Darkman (1990) Directed by Sam Raimi, he's one of my favourite directors.
I loved the movie, good story and I laughed at the end because Darkman put on this mask when he ran away, and it was Bruce Campbell, ( the guy from the Evil Dead trilogy wich were directed by Sam Raimi )
Sam seems to put Bruce Campbell in many of his films, Bruce Campbell was in all the spiderman movies every time a different role mini/lol

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

Mulan
I was wanting to watch this movie for two reasons. 0ne is that my family adopted a baby from china, so I'm interested in Chinese culture. (I've been to China to adopt her.) Second is because I wanted to see what style of animation they used to make Mulan.
After watching, there are a few things I liked about Mulan. One thing I liked was the
Music. Another was the stretchy-looking animation it had.

This movie was very enjoyable.

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

That is nice indeed. I'm not sure if a Disney movie is the best way to learn about another culture, though; it seems to me that they often resort to stereotypes. An interesting movie with regard to China is Bernardo Bertolucci's The Last Emperor.

My grandma thinks she's Chinese.

Heh, I could go on and on about all the stereotypes and recycled things that Disney uses.

You took your girl/boyfriend with you to the cinema?

Re: What was the last movie you watched?

I have not, nor never will have, any interest in seeing Brüno.

WALL•E

I can't get enough of this movie; it's just so well done. Whenever I watch it, I get thinking about what I'm going to do in my life (animated films), and hoping I could make a film at least half as good as this. One thing that slightly changed my viewing experience this time was reading the first half of the actual script beforehand. Now, I think I'll go read the rest of it.
