Any set, but mainly a made-up set. 
I dunno, I guess my best models would have to be my shipwreck, microspace ship, and little scooter:
I have a bunch of new models I've made, but the camera I'm stuck with makes them look terrible.
I made a red house that was my own pride and joy, but I can't find the photos anywhere.

I've never seen it before, but that's definitely a photograph. Would be interested in knowing what set those pieces were in.
I believe they were in one of the Star Wars: Clone Wars sets. Assassin Droids Battle Pack, I think.
Yep, that's where they're from. (I hated that set, I wish they would of just remade the old Droid battle Pack in new colors.)
