Teehee, Keshen voice acted in forrestfire101's latest video.
Which made me think: many of Keshen's videos have a similar kind of setup (using popular characters like Batman) to Forrestfire101, and they're certainly comparable in terms of questionable content. Yet Forrestfire101 is the one who gets all the criticism. Is it because he's more popular? Or just because Keshen's videos are much better?
Keshen's videos are much, much better. Keshen actually deserves the recognition he gets. Although I find the gay sex jokes and language rather unnecessary, especially when his audience is most likely 10-15 year-olds.
No, people prefer Keshen, because he's actually a good animator.
Keshen thinks of his stories. FF101's videos basically have the same story:
Stormtroopers, F Word, Vader, F Word, Shooting, S Word...etc.
Also, Keshen's questionable content is actually subtle and funny, rather than thrown in to try and be funny. I agree that Keshen deserves the recognition he gets (though if FF suddenly becomes awesome overnight, I will eat my words). I like how Keshen is helping FF though, and how he is giving a nice adult voice of maturity to a 'lego movie'.
Plus Keshen is a really nice guy, which is hard when your in a community with these kinds of comments:
why did the gaurd say want chik chakachak and then later he said THIS IS SPARTA!
I cant be bothered to explain to him the concept of 'Random Humour'.

Keshen humor is more original but forrestfire's jokes are stolen from programs such as Family Guy.

Has anyone seen Charlie the Unicorn? It's a pretty well done.
Yeah, Charlie the Unicorn is pretty enormously famous on the internet. The 2nd is my favorite, the 3rd was good but it has gotten very formulaic at this point. I really like some of his other work better, such as "Llamas with Hats." Though it's a little darker than Charlie the Unicorn.

I wouldn't have thought you would have enjoyed that kind of humor, Phillip.
What, random, silly humor? I've never had much success attempting it myself but I think it can be good when it's done well. Filmcow's humor often reminds me of KG in that respect. The violence and such isn't really what I enjoy so much as the writing / voice acting, I liked Llamas with Hats but never really got what was so great about Happy Tree Friends, which is basically nothing but strangely sickening "comedic" violence and gore.
I've got to say, about Charlie the Unicorn, that the joke at the end of the third was probably the best joke of that entire series. The rest of the series is pretty funny too; but I can't see him doing many more of them, not without changing the formula.
