... Moovies don't inspire me...
I've made a lot of brickfilms. None inspired by movies.
Judging by the way all of ninja chewit's other posts went,
I B T L !
I watch a lot of cool movies;
I guess that's why my movies are just that badass.

I have never made a film inspired by a movie. Never. Ever. *thinks about it* Nope. Not ever.
That's really the exact opposite with me, probably every single movie I've made has been inspired by a film, or many films at once, that I have seen!
Night of the Tater: Nosferatu, The Third Man
Hastings: The Lord of the Rings
Narrow Escape: No Country For Old Men, The Proposition
Bill Carney's Body: Road to Perdition, Once Upon A Time in America
STAR film in progress: Aguirre: The Wrath of God, Apocalypse Now, Dead Man
These are sort of rough influences; I could probably name a lot more that are literary and musical, eg. Bill Carney's Body draws on some Hemingway short stories I had read, etc.
STAR Film in progress: Shaun of the dead, dawn of the dead, LEFT4DEAD (The game)
Yeah.
My recent film, "Bound", was substantially inspired by "The Prestige".
