Ok So i'm looking for a great editing software and was wondering which one Adobe Premiere Elements 7 Or Sony Vegas Platinum 9?
I use premiere, i'd recommend it if you can afford.

Adobe Premiere all the way! I personally hate Vegas although I've only used it once. 
If you can splash out, buy Vegas. If you want something very good for cheap go for Premire. The link goes to a bargain as for £30 more you get Photoshop.

Photoshop is really awesome to.
But GIMP is better than Photoshop elements so there's no point.

Not really I had used Photoshop before GIMP and GIMP is simpler.
Oh well i was expecting to pay 70 quid on APE 7 so it's only £13 more!
Vegas Platinum 9. I have it, and love it. Quite easy to use, and good results.
