I don't think so, but I can't think of many cases in which you could use it like that. And you forgot to capitalize your "I", you naughty boy.
Depends -- It could be used properly, or derogatorily.
I'm a voice in a chatroom that censors the word "retard". I've had to settle a few arguments about it. While it could be used scientifically (I.E. My sister was born with mental retardation) or in a basic sentence (He sprang for the flame-retardant tent), but it could be a derogatory term (You stupid retard, stop teamkilling me!).
If you want to use it properly, you can just say "My sister was born with a mental deficiency", or "He sprang for the flame-resistant tent". Similarly, you can get around that if you need to, I.E. "He had an infection in his..." never mind -- I don't want get into it.

May I just point out that the b-word (female dog, y'know) is censored, but its plural is not.

EDIT: Teehee. Better censor that.
And to be honest, I don't think "!@#$%" should be censored. What if you were referring to a female dog? I often say "She's a !@#$%" talking about my dog, when people ask is it a he or a she.

Yeah, I have a !@#$%, (female dog). And they say I am swearing? What on earth? Its like saying I have a cat, where cat is a swear word.

The word filter is sometimes a load of &0%#)^!&.
Again, if you want to refer to a Female Dog, just say "Female Dog".
Wow, this is very disappointing. I'm sorry, people, but I've made it clear in the past that bypassing the world filter is a ban-worthy offense and is not allowed on the forums. (It's one of many reasons Aled has been banned for the last several months.) Bypassing the word filter is easy, I don't need to be shown once again that it's possible; it's only there to block inappropriate language used unintentionally. See you guys in a few days!
