You can get a tripod lamp at target for $19.99
Also, the lightbulbs are under 10 bucks.
Menards has some really cheap lamps, I got one for 8 dollars. They also have natural light bulbs which is good too.
They have silver ones with black goosenecks at Wal-Mart that are about $5 each; they come with lightbulbs. I have three of those.
Try and find a pair of these

You should be able to find a cheaper pair, but these are very good as they come with two bases a heavy pair and they come off and you can replace them with clamps, that fix to the edge of your desk, leaving you with more room.
They are highly maneuverable and you can get the lighting exactly where you want them.
I film with one lamp
Well, I got two from Canadian Tire (Which is a Canadian store, so if you live in the US..sorry) for I think, 19 dollars. They work very well, and have a bendable arm and everything.
IKEA lamps I've got two of them and they work great.

$7.99 apeice.
I went to Target and got:
2 lamps for $10 each
4 25W bulbs for a total of $5
25W bulbs sounds a little dim to me. You might find that you need stronger watt bulbs. But at least that is a cheap problem to solve.
I just bought a lamp for 20 bucks, and it's awesome. It swings and everything, it has a desk clamp, and a weight for it to hold it up on.

No, its because I don't want to melt my set.
