Here's a WIP I'm working on at the moment. I need peoples opinions on it.
What do you think of the helmet, and his legs? Do you think the colours look right? I will appreciate all feedback

Ok, that just looks incredible. Just a few more details(like a face 
), and I would thought that was real.
Ok, here's something I made yesterday. I drew it by hand, and colored it in photoshop.
Nailer, I like how that looks; the shadows are quite convincing.
this looks a bit strange. also his legs seem to be a bit too long. but please post it again when hands and face are ready. and I'm not sure, but wouldn't it be better to draw the face first and then the helmet??

@the frozen brick: Thanks! As I said, it is a WIP, so the face will be going in soon.
@Night Owl: Thanks, I am really happy about the shadows too.
@A.: Yes, I think his sock does look a bit strange, but I haven't quite finished that yet, so hopefully some more shading on the right side of his sock will balance the left out. As for the face, I think either way will work. Hopefully I'm right

So, here's a painting I finished in 2008, but I haven't posted it anywhere until today, and I've never really heard peoples opinions on it.
What do y'all think? It's oils on (I think) an 18" by 14" canvas.
Awesome. It all looks amazing. My only complaint would be that the shadows on the inside of the building seem a bit off for some reason, but that may just be me.
I might make an amaturish slideshow of my anime.

Nailer, I like the quality of the paint, especially in the field. I don't know about the color and light, but that might be my personal taste.

Nice drawings. Do people at your school think you're weird?
And I laughed at the Ozymandias reference, because I was just thinking of how Nailer's painting reminded me of that poem - the whole idea of this once mighty structure looking less magnificent and more out of place, in this case as part of a rustic, pastoral context.

As some of you might know, I am a madness combat fan. so therefore I joined madnesscombat.net (please, by all circumstances, do not join.) and I create madness tests and tributes. I have adobe flash CS3, and I love using it. so I draw custom weapons and characters for madness. here are some:
