I don't know, there are many free stop-motion programs, and Kevin666 is also making a new one, so i would look first and think about what can make your version special
i think it'd be a better idea to work on a free programm who already exists. For example, monkeyjam could be developped much more, as it is used by many brickfilmers, and can still be improved a lot . Maybe try to contact the developper (who didn't work on it for 2 years, I think).
