Topic: Camera quality and tripod help

all right i am using my dads nikon D60 and his 30$ tripod but i can't get any angles on it anyone know of a cheap aalternative i can get at a local store
Also i have a nikon coolpix camera should i use that instead or just keep tthe D60 because i don't think the coolpix has manual focus yet people use the canon powershot which almost resembles the nikon coolpix
I don't know what to do
Also if you think i should use the coolpix can you also giive me a recommandation on whick tripod to uuse
thanks

Re: Camera quality and tripod help

If the Coolpix doesn't have manual focus, I'd stay with the Nikon D60.  If you can't get any good angles with the D60, then put your set on a stand or desk and then put your camera on your tripod so that there both level with eachother.

You could get a Powershot or something instead...

Probably any tripod would work.

Re: Camera quality and tripod help

the one i have for my d60 every time i push the button to take the picture the camera bends from my pressure and i do it as light as possible

Re: Camera quality and tripod help

If you got a Powershot your tripod would probably not wobble as much as it does with the D60 since its lighter, and you don't have to put as much pressure on the button with most Powershots.

Set it on timer, that will have it take a photo a while after you let go.

Re: Camera quality and tripod help
