OK, but be warned that you it's incredibly annoying and will cause people to not take you seriously.

I don't think your digitally "remastered" frame really solves any of the visual problems that are going on.

It needs better lighting. Lighting is the key to creating an atmosphere. For example, the following picture (digitally remastered) is more interesting because of the high contrast and low saturation effects. You don't actually have to use this in every shot and every film, but it does show that a different use of light can create an interesting atmosphere.

Nononono my "lighting" comment was completely valid. You need over-the-top contrast, over-the-low saturation and Spartans to make the scene as it is more interesting.
