Topic: what movie cliches do you hate?

A cliche I hate his smashing a piggy bank to get the change out. The characters just make a mess for themselves, they could just, open the piggy bank, but no I guess.

Not really sure if this fits in this thread, but it seems to me that whenever a movie character is told to "wait here" they always do something that they probably shouldn't.
