Judges:
We had 3 more judges come on board for a total of 7 judges. I could not have done this without the help of all the judges. A round of applause for their willingness to volunteer their time!

Each judge watched every film. The judges then ranked their personal top 15 films. Each of the 7 judges’ lists were run through an instant run-off voting plugin for Google Sheets, created by AquaMorph, to produce a single top 10 list reflective of all the judges’ decisions. The judges adjusted the top 10 list as a group until they were satisfied with the outcome. Judges considered the following when watching the films: originality, production value (animation, set design, cinematography, sound, etc.), story, and creative interpretation of the theme.

Orion came on board as a guest judge this year. He is a friend to the brickfilming community and is a member of The BCC Crew YouTube channel. He is well known for his Cooking Hero Factory series.

Whoa, I totally missed that there was a results chat today but wow, really honored to win a THAC.  mini/bigsmile

Thanks to the judges and everyone who made this contest happen! I had a great time entering and I really enjoyed watching all the entries in the weeks afterwards.

Whoohooo!
Judging THAC was so much fun this year. Thanks a ton for producing so many quality films.
It was a hard battle to pair it down to the winners.

Also, I'll be posting reviews soon with the goal of commenting on every THAC film that's posted on BiM.

This was an intense contest. Congrats to the winners. I feel like "Nostalgia" and "Where Bluebirds Fly" had some of the most creative stories and concepts in the contest
