how do I get rid of backround sounds ( I have kinda noicey house)
Do you mean noise like fuzzy noise like on the radio, or noise like people talking and that kind of stuff. If it's fuzzy noise you can use a simple noise removal like in Audacity. If it's the latter, I think you need to just find a quieter place.

Use Fab Filter Pro Q 2 (EQ plugin) and any play around with the highs and lows. Maybe even use automation rules to truly get killer results.
Look into a company called Waves. They have some awesome plugins for such scenarios.
