Hello, when i export a clip from after effects and premiere as .mov, h.264, 30fps and best quality the movie i export has shocking white noise and green bars when viewed in quicktime player. when i import the video back into after effects and ram preview it, its fine.

i have reinstalled quicktime but still the same problem. i have been able to view other .mov movies from the internet.
