Topic: Little Yip Yip and His Bark - Playmobil animaiton

Here is a Playmobil stop motion film my sisters made based on a Little Golden Book our Mother had from when she was a young girl.

It consists of 3465 photos shot with a Sony RX-10, and was edited in FCPX and Motion 5.  The voices were recored with a Samson Q2U microphone.

Wow, this is really impressive. It is very well written, the lighting is really good, and the animation is brilliant. My one critique would be that I would suggest you use something like sticky tack in the future, to keep objects firmly in place, I say this because I noticed some of the props move quite a lot. That is only a minor issue, however, and didn't really distract me. By that point, I was already captivated by the brilliant story. This is a 4.5/5 from me mini/smile

Thanks, glad you liked it.
The good writing comes from the fact that it is based on pre-existing material, an old children's book from 1950.
Most of the props were taped down, but there were a few that weren't and unfortunately it showed. mini/confused
We'll keep what we learned from this film in mind for future productions. mini/smile

Pleasantly animated, and a nice script.
