There's no physical prizes to win. So when all the entries are done you can watch them all and figure out a list of the best ones for yourself. Everybody who manages to finish a film is a winner at heart.
Wow, very cool concept Cartoonkid98. I hope you or someone else brings this back next year. It is a nice looser form of THAC.
