This was a very difficult competition to judge because of the high quality of many of the entries. There wasn't a clear winner, or even a clear top three, so we had to really discuss and decide what ranking was the best representation of the five judges' views overall.

Rio, whatever your secret is, it's working. Great job on nabbing yet another win.

Also, thanks to the judges to tackling a very difficult task, and completing it in both a timely and satisfying manner.

Once again THAC was a resounding success, and that's only due to the great community attitude and participation surrounding the entire event. It's always a delight, and I can't wait until next year.

Thank you Nate for organizing this, and thank you to Timothy R, Mindgame, Cartoonkid, and Smeagol for judging this year.  And nice job to everyone who made it into the top ten. This is one of the rare years where all the films in the top ten are really well made.

Also, congratulations to all those who entered this year; actually completing a film in under 24 hours is a major feat itself.

What a guy is Rioforce - D&L, TCOTY Lives and now THACXIII! What ever will he win next, the Golden Globes? mini/lol But honestly, though, congratulations, Rioforce, a great animator and a very inspirational and encouraging man mini/smile

Congratulations to everyone who entered! Smeagol is right; it was a pretty hard competition to judge--a few entries I ranked as favorites didn't land in the final top ten, but I'll make sure the creators know that they did more than fine work.

Although everyone should really be proud of themselves for surviving, I have to give some profitable words of advice: if you really want to impress the judges next THAC, don't even think about theme-dropping in a wink-wink manner . . .

I gotta say, this was a great THAC. So many top-notch entries. Congrats to the winners, the top 10, and everyone with enough endurance (and lack of sanity) to complete a brickfilm in under 24 hours! Big round of applause for the judges as well. Having to wade through and rank so many great films is by no means an easy task.

That was unexpected! Thank you, judges, for selecting MECH to place first. I had an awesome time this year (a bit stressful, but still awesome). The whole thing, from making the film to chatting with the participants, to watching the films was extremely fun, and I appreciate Bricks in Motion for hosting this contest (and so many other contests, haha).

Thanks to Nathan for making THAC happen once again, and thanks to the judges for doing an outstanding and fast job. Of course, thanks to the sponsor Brickstuff for providing prizes!

Congratulations to all who entered, you all made excellent films. And of course, congratulations to the top 10! There were some really outstanding entries this year. The quality of THAC films is going up, for sure. I look forward to next year. THAC is definitely my favorite BiM contest. mini/wink
