MrMingleProductions, Actually I was using 3.0 for quite a while and I can assure you it does have all the settings SlothPaladin mentioned above, as RioForce said I take it your not looking in the right section of dragonframe, try it again bud because its deffs there in 3.0 100% as I said I've been using 3.0 for a while and can confirm its all there.
MrMingleProductions wrote:I think it might be an older version as I think I have Dragonframe 3.0 whereas the newer one I think is Dragonframe 3.6.
Why don't you upgrade? Its free for people who own DragonFrame. As I said tho, you have these features in 3.0!
MrMingleProductions wrote:mine gives an option for 'camera' instead of 'video' I think, and none of the options such as brightness, contrast or saturation etc are there.
For Webcams, I do believe thats normal, if you have a capture source that should go under camera and not both. For the setting of brightness etc, it is not done there. You have an option when your in picture mode (Live Mode) to select 3 different categories; One: The X-Sheet, Two: Cinematography, and Three: Audio. Clicking the second Column/category as said by SlothPaladin will open up the area to adjust the settings for your webcam, thing is you I don't think you ever need to use that because you have all the settings in your logitech software when you installed your webcam you would have had to get it, I know because I used a logitech webcam for a long time.
MrMingleProductions wrote:Do you think that the fact that my system isn't Windows is having an impact?
No, it shouldn't if DragonFrame is compatible with Mac, it should be fine.
Looking at it, it seems to be specifically for Facetime, photobooth or skype. You shouldn't need it tho, just find your webcams software! you got it 100%!
Sincerely,
Divine.
