Topic: Brick Suggestion - HELP!

In Holding Our Own episode 4, Melissa gets into a pillow fight.

Which Lego piece do you think would best represent a pillow?  The only restriction is the pom pom from the cheerleaders.  They're being used as pom poms in HOO and would be confusing.  But I want people to get it when seen.  I want to use real Lego pieces only, not Mega Bloks or non-Lego items.

I know the people at BiM are a creative bunch and will be able to come up with something!

Re: Brick Suggestion - HELP!

There are two parts with printed pillow patterns:

A 2x2 slope,

and a 1x2 tile.

Maybe those would suit your needs.

Re: Brick Suggestion - HELP!

Yeah, I'd probably use a 1x2 tile.

Re: Brick Suggestion - HELP!

You could also use a 2x2 round tile connected to a 2x2 round skid plate, or a 1x2 cheese slope.

also, If you show someone grabbing it from a bed or couch it might help sell the idea.

Re: Brick Suggestion - HELP!

I think I'm going to go with the 1x2 tile, since that's what everyone suggests, and it is also what missy actually has on her bed.

The only problem, Mark Nelson Movies, is that there is actually no bed in the scene, which is what makes it difficult.  Missy's bedroom is in an earlier scene so hopefully people make the connection when they see it.  I was going to go with th e 1x2 tile in the first place, unless there was a "softer" looking alternative that I was missing.

Thank you!

Re: Brick Suggestion - HELP!

I would say a 1x2 plate with a 1x2 tile on top, just so it has a bit more height.

Re: Brick Suggestion - HELP!

I'd say any slope piece with a curve, as it softens the look, and may make it look more like a pillow.
