Topic: Free sound
Hey guys! I was wondering where you get your sound effects. Are they free? I would like to add some good sound effects to my next animation. Thank you.

When I need new sound effects that aren't in my collection, I usually go to https://www.freesound.org/. You can find tons of sounds on there, and they are all free, though, you have to watch for the license on EACH SOUND, because a lot of them require you to give credit (Creative Commons Attribution), some don't let you use them in commercial use, which includes monetizing your videos, but some are in the public domain so you can do whatever you want (CC0).
(BTW, this topic would better be suited in the Audio forum )
Thank you for your recommendation rioforce! I will certainly try to get sound from there.

The youtube editor has a whole bunch of sound effects
I agree with Aqua. Lately I've really been drawn to make my own sounds because, if you know a decent bit on how to make them, you have a lot more control of what you want. Maybe it's not for everyone, but I personally find it to work a lot better, and you also don't have to worry about rights and crap.
