Thanks for your quick response, I was sure of it as well and have no idea why it disappeared. :l

What I wanted to ask tho is how do I present the glow as an object in order to track it? I simply duplicate the scenes when doing it, so how can I track an entire scene?

I haven't used mocha before but Ill have a look into it.

Also about the dots to the torso whats the best way to present a dot/marker to the torso without leaving a perm mark? like a digital mark?

LMD, your right bud, it is a layer.

I simply masked out where I wanted to make the glow effect that was applied.

From here should I just add a tracker and go from there?

Also inregards to marking it whats my best choice as you can tell the brown torso isn't a great color for tracking.

One question I did want to ask and I appreciate what you've said as it is helpful, I just wanted to ask tho do I need to Separate the moving elements from my layer and apply an animated mask ? Or can I go straight into what you've said? I will look up on it as I am not 100% certain on the subject.
