I am currently listening to Episode 1. As of now, it sounds good. However, you say "you know" quite a lot, you know... Repeating a word a lot is a common mistake with live recording. Just pay attention to what you are saying and try to not repeat the same word over and over and over and...

I listened to episode one, sounds good. A lot of the points were good, and it's nice to hear other people's opinions.

I have a suggestion: maybe if you uploaded these to YouTube, they would get more publicity and listeners (unfortunately, blogs seem to be going out of style, and it's more convenient for listeners when their favorite stuff is on a more popular site). I guess SoundCloud would work too, but on either one, you'll have to have an "album art". Also, it would encourage more commenters expressing their opinions, because a lot of people don't have Wordpress accounts and dislike commenting using their email address. Just a thought.

Be persistent, and you'll get onto iTunes.  If you have too many "You knows", it's easy to edit.  I did a net radio show years back and I took some out from interviews but let in a few for realism.

So-called reality shows do a lot of heavy editing.  They tend to do poor jobs, though, and an astute viewer can spot the edits.  They'll edit sentences in ways that make the speaking sound unnatural and disjointed.  Another trick is to cut to the listener or something else mid-sentence so you can't see the mouth edit.  Anyway, if you do decide to edit, do only the worst offenders to public speaking, and only if it sounds natural afterwards.
