Topic: "Not enough storage" issue in MonkeyJam

Hi. I'm doing an assignment and we need to use monkey jam to capture our frames. However i can't get it capture thus i drag and paste my images in. I tried rendering it but it stated not enough storage space. I went to the settings to get the size of cam to smaller but it still doesnt render and preview. What can i do to let it show?

Welcome to BricksInMotion, the best place on the Internet.
Try this article: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/brend … keyjam.pdf it should be enough.
What is it that you want to show? The renders?
Isn't it possible to use other frame capture softwares?
Best of luck with your assignment.

By the way, if you have a question you can open up a new topic or search for topics related to MonkeyJam.

Re: "Not enough storage" issue in MonkeyJam

Hi anyone knows how to render preview in monkeyjam using images? i tried putting in images in the frames but when i tried rendering, it will show "not enough storage is available to process this command". how can i get it done? ><

Re: "Not enough storage" issue in MonkeyJam

i tried going along with this link :http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/brend … keyjam.pdf but it still doesnt work mini/sad yes i want to show the renders. some other frame capture software are either expensive or requires a camera. im still a student so i can't really afford it ><

The "not enough storage is available to process this command" error could mean that your hard drive is full so you don't have enough space to render. Go to "My Computer" (also called "This PC" on Win 8.1 and 10) and see how much space is available on the drive you are rendering to.

Welcome to Bricks in Motion! I wonder, how many frames are you trying to preview or render at a time? I use MonkeyJam to render short shots, because I find that if I try to render more than about 200 HD frames, I get the same problems. I render longer sequences in VirtualDub, another free program that may require a little explanation but seems to be more stable.

Re: "Not enough storage" issue in MonkeyJam

@rioforce : because i bootcamp my macbook so my windows platoform is 30.1gb free of 93.1gb. I'm need to render about 240 frames mini/sad

Re: "Not enough storage" issue in MonkeyJam

@sillypenta : i have to render around 240 frames. Maybe i could give it a try if i download VirtualDub !
