What is this even supposed to mean? "You MUST send your recording as a video"? Why would you do that? Wouldn't MP3 or WAV just be best? Is the video supposed to be of the person in front of their microphone as they record, or is is just a blank video with audio?
Also, you forgot your test line. Nobody knows what to send if they don't have a test line.
