There's an auto white balance setting in the advanced options that's easy to miss. Switch that off.

Oh and switch anti-lightflicker off, it sounds strange i know, but it works, oh and switch also automatic lightning off.

There's roughly two "types" of light flicker. The first is caused by the software. This is pretty easy to solve by turning off all auto stuff in the webcam's settings menu. The second is caused by bad lighting (like using the sun, or putting your set right in front of a TV or computer monitor). This is solvable by making your rooms very dark, putting your set where the monitor can't shine on it, and using a couple of desk lamps to light the whole thing. Also, don't bump into your desk lamps while animating, and make sure you keep sitting in (roughly) the same position during animating: especially with white or light colored clothes, you can reflect lots of light, still giving a bit of flicker to the image.
