It's been one hectic spring at the studio, but it finally appears that we can get the ball rolling on getting these Project U auditions finished. However, in a recent conference with our casting director Andrew Bermudez, it came to our attention that there were some...problems with how we were conducting our auditions, so I was sent in with the task to use my overtime hours and Photoshop to get these problems fixed. Dang it. Why do I have to do all of the work? But can I question this? I'm just a fictional character. Andrew is a real person.
O.K. Getting back to reality, we have now finished redesigning the audition sheets to fill up all of the un-cast roles for A Future in the Past, our own take on LEGO's Time Cruisers line. Here is our official brief for the film, taken straight from Project U's official announcement.

The Time Cruisers team up with Civil War veteran Ulysses S. Powell to see what really happened to Dr. Bradford Rant back in 1985. Instead, they wind up in 5891, where humanity has moved directly beneath the Hall of Extinction to an underground city. But when Professor Millennium and Tony Twister steal the time machine, it becomes an all-out chase across history!

Audition Line: I am Professor Heinrik Kowalski of the Bradford Rant Institute of Cosmic Kinesis. It's a pleasure to meet you.

Audition Line: Yooz and mez, both. Weez brokez outz of goozegowz!

Audition Line: Greatz tooz seez yooz, Robert.

Audition Line: Why is he talking like that? You instructed me on proper English, and this is all I have to work with?

Audition Line: I think he's a Nazi spy.

Oh. Before I forget, I just want to let you know that we will be bringing some of these characters back in future films (they're listed on the character info sheets). Any person who is cast as any of those characters is obligated to reprise their role in those future films.
