Topic: THAC availability

I plan on making myself available on Jan. 3rd to do voicework for whomever might need it. Just send me a PM on the day if you want me to read for you. If time allows before the 3rd, I'll post some samples of different voices I've done so directors in need of a voice can judge if I might be worth contacting.

I encourage others who would be likewise available to also post in this thread and help make at least this one small part of a 24 hr. production a bit less hectic.

Although I can't offer much voice acting I can offer anyone the ability to ask for sound effects from my library of both downloaded and self created sound effects for almost any kind of film.

I'll also be available on the 3rd to do some voice acting, but I will be making my own film so I won't be able to record later in the day (and I won't be able to record much overall, either).

I'm considering throwing my voice out there for THAC, but I still need to double check to make sure there isn't something that's going to prevent me from helping out on the 3rd.

At the same time I don't know if anyone would want to hear my acting in a film. I feel like the only voice I've been able to pull off successfully was Tom's in "That's The Way it Goes!" and even then I'm not sure what people would want that kind of voice from me.

I'm planning on entering, but because of my current set up I can only animate after 5pm PST, when the sun has gone down (my window has no blinds or curtains). Therefore I'll only be writing, set building and voice acting for the first 13 hours mini/frustrated of the contest, so I should be available to voice act for the first half-ish of THAC.

I might be able to voice act during the first few hours of THAC, but after 12:00 noon EST, I'll probably already be animating so I won't have time to record any more audio. Not sure though, you can always PM me and check.

However, please keep in mind that I will only voice in films that are proper for the entire family. That means no excessive violence (unless it's just slapstick), no nasty words (not even mildly nasty), and no taking to Lord's name in vain.

EDIT: I forgot to mention my voice. mini/tongue I can do all kinds of voices from aliens to Americans, to British people, to British aliens, crazy comedic voices, I can actually do a couple of southern ladies too. Whether it be a southern old lady, or a southern young lady, if it's a strong southern accent, I've got it. (Surprisingly, because my voice can hardly do lady voices at all mini/tongue ). Oh, yea, I also do southern men. And non-southern men. To sum it up: I can do almost any voice you need, or as least I can try. The only female voices I can do sound extremely southern.

I'm basically the same as rioforce here. Around 1-2PM EST time will be the latest for me, as I will be in full swing in animating. I would like to look at the full script before I audition.

I'm going to try to be available, but I might not be.  It's been a bit rainy here and rain interferes terribly with recording.

But I will try to be up in time to respond to any requests if it's raining or not if the answer be yes or no.  So feel free to ask me at least, and I'll get back to you as quickly as I can.

I'll still help with ideas, though.  I'm good with those.
