I've been wanting to give them another watch, but most are removed from YouTube and Vimeo.
The ones I'm looking for are Weed Cops and that western one he made for THAC.

The archival project has most of Night Owl's films. (You would have to ask Nathan Wells about which ones).

I believe nearly all of Night Owl's films should be available on the Archive, though I don't think I've converted and uploaded Weed Cops yet: You can learn more about the Archive here.
