Here's my final lighting setup for the animation I'm working on, and how I made it. Now to do the same for thousands of frames 
Looking good, I like the use of the foil as a bounce card, sometimes I'll cover the floor with white plates if the camera doesn't see them to keep faces lit, but tin foil has a little more flexibility.
