Re: Happy Septemberfest, my friends
Wait a minute, can somebody explain why we celebrate "The Citizen of The Year" in September if it was uploaded in august?
Well, I guess then it wouldn't be Septemberfest then....but still, it raises questions.

The Citizen of the Year precedes YouTube by several years. It was uploaded to YouTube later. Presumably, it was first released in September.
It's a celebration of the time Dragoon, then named Rainsford, first watched The Citizen Of The Year on September 10, 2005. Although it was originally released March '04

Oh shoot, how embarrassing.
And what makes it even more embarrassing is that I already knew that too, and I still asked the question. Someone please smack me in the head several times.

No.
JOE BRICKMOND isn't The Citizen of the Year
Oh, okay. Sorry, Timothy. I think I do get it now. CJ And A Productions is my nominee for citizen for the year. Is that a correct way to nominate?

This is a film not an award

No it's not, sorry.
We don't just hand out the correct way to nominate for this, sorry for putting it bluntly, but it's something that has to be learned over the course of several years on the site.
Pardon me if that sounds a little blunt, but it's just how it is.

Stop being intentionally obtuse, people. The nomination process is confusing for the uninitiated.
I hereby nominate Balser for Citizen of the Year. I've sent the required paperwork to the committee.
I nominate A Serbian Film for citizen of the year.
I nominate the bum, Sonjira, and Michelle Obama for Citizen of the Year!
They have twenty four hours to do the Parrot Bucket Challenge, or donate $100!

I nominate Hillary Clinton!
I nominate the number D for citizen of the year, for his outstanding filmmaking, algebraic, and avialogical skills.
He also invented the parrot, along with the letter 5.
You're nominations fall on deaf ears. There is only one Citizen Of The Year.
Here is the unreleased footage from Quentin Tarantino's version of The Citizen Of The Year

Famous of course for the on set fight he had with Watson which led to him being fired after filming only one scene.
Brilliant, though I might have thrown in a fast zoom when Main brandishes the gun.
I had surgery earlier today and they gave me some drugs which are making my head all messed up and dizzy and I feel super weird but I used this opportunity to watch TCOTY in this state and it was even more amazing.
Whoa.

Yeah that's how I write all of my stories. Good stuff
