I was looking for some animation reference and ran across this YouTube channel and wow, lots of slow motion reference with grid overlays, I realize you can't copy live action footage directly into LEGO, but having a reference to draw from and simplify into the minimalist jointed bodies of minifigs is one of the skills of this hobby.

Also would be very helpful for people animating any ball socket LEGO puppets.
