Topic: "Justice League: Operation Godzilla" Casting Call

My current work in progress will follow the Justice League take care of Godzilla's rampage in Honolulu a week after the events that occurred in the recent Godzilla film distributed by Warner Brothers. The film will be half serious, half comedic. The only sort of "over-the-board" expression in it will be the conservative FOX News report at the beginning (makes fun of conservative christians). Below is a list of the characters open.

ONLY HIGH QUALITY MICROPHONE RECORDINGS ARE ACCEPTED. THESE INCLUDE THE BLUE SNOWBALL AND YETI.


Open-Girl from the #Selfie music video (Diva Hipster) (will parody #Selfie)

Open-Wonder Woman

Open- Green Lantern (I'm still trying to pick between the Hal Jordan or Kyle Rayner version)

Open-Aquaman (voice similar to the one in the "Flashpoint Paradox Movie")

Open-Mera

For people to audition, I would recommend putting test lines under each of the characters.

Mera: (said to Aquaman) "My love, do you have to leave so soon?"

I don't mean to "double-post", but is there a reason why someone hasn't at least responded to say they are interested in a role? Sorry for my impatience. I'm just anxious for my cast to be complete before it becomes ignored.

An older casting call is currently more active than this mini/confused . I don't mean to be pushy. I just thought with the amount of people on this forum every day, it has surprised me that nobody other than "Edmeier Animator" has responded. Is there something wrong with what I stated above? If it's the honest statement expressing that this video will have some Colbert-like Satire in it, I'm just being honest. That scene will only be less than a minute long. I swear, this is just so puzzling that I..... I don't know.

Your cast calls for 17 actors.  Not sure if you noticed that.  I'm hesitant asking for four actors.

I'd submit something but my Aussie accent wouldn't fit any of those roles - plus I've never voice acted.  mini/tongue

It's not just this that might deter people:

"ONLY HIGH QUALITY MICROPHONE RECORDINGS ARE ACCEPTED!"

It could also be that there is hardly any descriptions of some of the characters, so we don't really know what you want them to sound like. There just isn't much direction here. Look at the other casting calls, they have ages for the characters, short descriptions, and test lines (I do realize that you put those up). Personally I would like to know what the character really is before I send anything. (just a note I don't really do voices anyway, but that is what attracts me consider doing so)

Please don't do a video, Gah, I posted too late. Still, there's a lot there that doesn't have too much to do with character traits of the roles and thirteen minutes is a long time to get through. http://i126.photobucket.com/albums/p84/UberSocks/41.gif

It's too hard to click to a link and scroll through the video to find the stuff on one or two characters. A line or two of descriptive text is all that is needed. Also, it's best to edit your first post with all the new and relevant info so people don't have to scroll down to find everything. mini/wink

P.S. Why list the roles already taken? You don't really need voices for them.
Also, try PMing some folks. People are more likely to accept roles when asked then when just reading a casting call.
Still, I'll try to audition for some roles later for you. Assuming everything is clean and all.

Thanks! There isn't any swearing in the video. All that there is that may be seen as "overboard" by some is the Conservative Satire at the beginning. Other than that, it is clean. No blood.
