Re: What was the last LEGO set you got?
I'm minutes away from getting this one:

Less for the police shop - more for the windows, white brick, chick minifig, walkway etc.

Great! I'm buying it only for $90 instead of $150. I haven't actually seen it in the flesh yet - I just saw it in a glossy mag and thought "Where's my car keys - damn it!"

Don't you mean, "In the yellow"?
Picked this up at the LEGO Store near me. It's a great little set, I'm really glad I grabbed it.
I really need to collect more sets...I have nothing near the diversity that I'd like, and for future films there are a ton of sets that I'll probably need.
Well I recently bought Dol Guldur battle at a massive saving, which I'm super pleased with, and i'll post pictures of that very soon (I've combined it with the Ambush set as well and it looks epic).
I also just ordered the official Martian Manhunter minifig off ebay, for just £7.48! That's really cheap for a minifigure that was a onetime promotion online, and it means my LEGO Justice League is slowly growing. Now I just need the Flash/Riddler set.
Yep the dol-guldur sets are really cool together (I two also have them). I really love the Azog minifigure. And that's amazing that you found the Martain Manhunter for that price!!!! Really awesome, but I have herd some bad reviews on the Bat-man vs Riddler set. They mostly say that the only good part of it is the minifigures.
Just picked up this little guy! Very pleased to get this one. Great helmet mold, and the cape is different. Now that i'm buying Minifigure packs again, I can get back into this game where every time I buy one, I have to at least come up with a film idea for it. It's a neat little creative challenge I enjoy doing, would recommend it to anyone who wants to give that kind of thing a try.
So, onto researching the Huns! Maybe he'll feature in a future brickfilm.
Mystery Minifigure: The Series 12 Rocker. Felt the bag for the guitar. He's going to be the drummer in Johnny Strange's band in my series, and will make his debut in episode 6.
Got five of the six Star Wars Microfighter sets. No idea if I will build and use them or use the different parts.
(Sorry about the low resolution)
StefanMuscat, maybe you could try doing a Star Wars space battle where the only VFX is masking out rigs for the ships. That would look really good, and it would be a great way of using those sets.
Or, perhaps you could just take them apart. I'd be more likely to just use the parts for something else
I just have the microfighters as a nice little desk buddy. I usually buy duplicates, mainly because they are cheap where I live, and also for the minifigs and parts.
75052 Mos Eisley Cantina!
21108 Ghostbusters Ecto-1!
Exclamation point!
Picked up a Series 12 Minifigures packet from Barnes & Nobel last night.
By the way….today is the last day of the '20% off sale' at Barnes & Nobel (if you have a membership).
Great way to get discounted Lego.
2 Mixels. Now I have all 27. Speculating on whether or not tlg will make series 4 and beyond...

Series 4 was already leaked.
I got a complete Daily Bugle Showdown, a virtually complete Spider Cycle Chase, and a mostly complete Captain America's Avenging cycle all for £30 on eBay. All minifigures included, of course. Probably the best deal I've ever found...
