An American gangster. Sounds like one too. Alternatively could be Russian. 8 or so lines of dialogue

Testline: They have us pinned down but they can’t advance.

TV Announcer
A paragraph of dialogue.
Test line: Raskolnikov [pronounced like it looks] was under arrest for multiple counts of theft, conspiracy to murder, and extortion.
