If you're referring to Grimmjow (first on the right), he's not; he's wearing a hakama. Or if you were referring to Yammy (big dude at the end), same thing.
Cleaned up my desktop just now. Had loooaaads of files scattered everywhere.
You should upgrade to vista.
But there's no awesome iStopmotion on vista

You know, I really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, get tired of people f***ing b****ing about Vista, I am running it just fine right now, and it has never given me one problem. It isn't really that bad to me. Maybe Apple should consider releasing it's OS for PC's then they would have a fair chance.
