Topic: Red Mixels Are "Common"

Hey.  I can't find the thread where Mixels were discussed and I mentioned that some were rarer than others.  So I started a new thread.

There are 9 series 1 Mixels and 30 per box.  The distribution is as follows:

4 red x3
3 yellow x3
3 black x3

This makes all red Mixels more common at a 4:3 ratio.  So, if you aren't buying all of them at once and don't know what to get, consider a black or yellow one, as the reds are more likely to remain in a picked-through box.

I have Teslo, Vulk, Volectro and Shuff, and I can't wait for the next series to come out!

Re: Red Mixels Are "Common"

I've got 6 of the 9 myself, so far.  I also am looking forward to series 2.  I never even saw the cartoon yet.  By the way, another tip: Teslo and Krater each come with supplemental little guys, I think called "Nixels".  Great 2x2 round tiles with hilarious expressions.  I'm sure there's a Nixel in one of the red ones, but I only have Flain, so if I'm guessing right, it's one of the other two.

Re: Red Mixels Are "Common"

I have one of the black ones, Shuf. I didn't think if like the set to much and thought after I built him and had it together for a few days, I'd take him appart. But he's grown on me and I kinda like him now so I still have him together and probly will for a while. mini/smile

Yeah... I just bought & built Shuff yesterday.  He is much cooler than his photo  on the package!
