If I get too much light flicker, I edit it out frame by frame in After Effects, but that takes ages.
Golden rules for eradicating light flicker:
All camera settings on manual
Work in the dark (at night, or with blackout blinds)
Wear dark clothes
Distance your hands from the set when taking a frame
Make sure you're not using lights that flicker too much (even subtly, it can be hard to spot)
Ban anyone else from entering the room without asking first!
^This is great if you want to remove light flicker you already have. But prevention is better than cure!
And get a camera that you don't have to touch to take a picture.
One with a remote or a webcam.

This doesn't have anything to do with light flicker.

Unless the camera is coated in tinfoil.

When the camera shakes in every frame it looks very similar to light flicker.
