Topic: 4 Part Video Series - Basics of Animating: From Noob to Amatuer

I know there are still quite a handful of people out there that are still very new to the world of animation.

How many people would be interested in a 4 part video series? Each video ranging in at about 8-10 minutes.

Episode 1: The core elements and basics that everyone should know
Episode 2: The animation for 15FPS and 24FPS
Episode 3: Set design
Episode 4: Post production

Sound like a good setup, any recommendations on what you want to see up on the list as well?

I know there is a thread for beginners but videos are more immersive and easier to follow and understand in my opinion.

A Life? Cool! Where can I download one of those from?

As a newcomer to brickfilming, I would be very interested in a series like this.

This is a good idea, about 1000 other people thought so too. I'm sorry if I seem harsh, and if you want to make the tutorials anyway go ahead! I just don't think you could add anything to your vids that other people haven't done already.

The guy who got banned more times than DiCaprio said "f***" in The Wolf Of Wall Street.

Ouch.

I actually gotta agree with this kid. Nothing's stopping you from making these videos, Sean. However, there are already tons of these guys out there who make a "LET'S LEARN HOW TO MAKE A BRICKFILM" tutorial, thinking its actually going to "help" somebody.

Have you seen a big-chinned boy?

Do it! I feel like we really can't comment on/criticize it until we've seen it, so what's the point in discussing it? If you want to do it that should be all the reason you need. mini/smile

EDIT: As for the list I have nothing to recommend really - all of those are pretty essential to brickfilming so I wouldn't expand past that until you finished those.

Knowing myself, I feel like CarrollFilms is going to add his humor sprinkles all over the videos.

Do it!

We all know you're biased against CarrollFilms cause he's so better than you.

Anyhu.  I really would like CarrollFilms to do it.  Especially set design.

Have a nice day! mini/smile
