Topic: Blender 2.69 Issue with Cycles Render

So, I've been following a tutorial series on the basics of blender, and I just finished it with the last tutorial on rendering in cycles. When I try to render out this scene right here, the scene, especially the cube, looks like crap. I don't know how to fix this and give it more quality. Is there something I'm missing to improve the quality of the rendition?

This is obviously aimed at the more experienced blender users, but I'd appreciate any help!

Under sampling, up the number of render samples. However, this makes things take longer to render. If that doesn't work, check this out.

Hopefully this will help. mini/smile

I use high quality 100% organic, gm-free produce in my blender, so maybe there's ur problem? mini/confused

Thank you so much! I've upped the samples, as well as the preview number, and it looks great! I am aware, though, of how long it takes to render out, but honestly, I care about quality, not how long it takes. I may look into the manual and find out other ways to prevent it, but for now this works! Thanks again!

Oh, and if you have a nvidia graphics card, 500 series or later I believe, you can change the rendering device to be the gpu. This is far faster than using a cpu. Only works for cycles and not amd cards.
